Hahn hit with a balanced and easy move to the hitting position and was explosive through the ball with his hands throughout his round. Displaying an athletic 5-foot-10, 173-pound frame, Hahn possessed quality tools on both sides of the ball all tournament. The right-handed catcher proved to be an active and willing blocker at the plate with above average arm strength behind the dish. Showcased the ability to frame the ball with, showing soft hands with feel for pulling strikes. Offensively, he exuded confidence in his approach and was able to adjust well to offspeed. His strong bat-to-ball skills and advanced swing allowed for him to find multiple barrels across the weekend. He had a strong showing in Saturday’s 14-5 victory for MBA, going 2-for-2 at the plate with a 2-RBI double and an RBI-single. He would continue to show strong feel for the barrel as he tripled in the championship game as well. The multi-tooled catcher looked to be a sophomore to keep an eye on in Wisconsin.
