 We would like to thank all who participated in PBR Ohio's 2019 Buckeye Elite Showcase. This was a great opportunity for the class of 2020-2023 prospects to be put on college radars. Many players impressed during their individual workouts at the showcase.

2019 Buckeye Elite Showcase - Sneak Peek: The Arms

Patrick Dillon RHP / 1B / Findlay, OH / 2020

Rankings  StateRank: 59 / POS: 24

Body Type: 6-foot-3, and 215-pound, physical frame.
Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Fluid tempo to a delivery that doesn’t require much effort. Arm works and is on time. Everything works well together.
Fastball: 84-89 mph. Live pitch. Showed the velocity jump we’ve been waiting for. Easy velocity.
Curveball: Spins two different breaking balls that control different planes through the zone. Curveball has a bit bigger shape with slider showing slightly more depth. Both pitches are more than playable.
Changeup: Changeup also plays a solid offering. Nice wrinkle pitch that he maintains arm speed on. Shows fading action through the zone at 76-78 mph.
Pitchability: Threw strikes for the most part.
Additional Comments: The best we’ve seen him. One of the top uncommitted arms in the state that should receive his fair share of attention after this performance.
