The first North Carolina PBR Procase featured twenty of the top players from North Carolina.  The purpose of the event is to give pro scouts an early look at some of the high school players they will be working to see this spring.

Eight right-handed pitchers threw in front of 30+ professional scouts.  Seven of the eight are committed with each showcasing premium stuff.  Athletic across the board, each arm should continue to develop this spring and into the couple of years. 

Today we take a look at the final four righties, Garrett Saylor, Gianni Smith, Jake Smith, and Logan Whitaker.  We will look to continue our breakdown of the players attending the Procase in the coming days.
