Two of the top available pitchers in Illinois’ 2017 class made commitments this week, with RHP Mark DiLuia (Marian Catholic HS, IL) choosing Maryland and LHP Angelo Smith (Richards HS, IL) choosing Michigan. DiLuia is the No. 11 prospect in the state and participated in the Future Games in August. Smith is ranked No. 22.
