Two SEC programs picked up top prospects this week as a senior and freshman made commitments. RHP Levi Kelly (Nitro HS, WV), the top 2018 prospect in the Overall Rankings, committed to Louisiana State. Kelly figured to be a hot commodity this summer with his big, strong frame and fastball that sits 85-87 mph and touches 90. But he had several big schools watching his first start and made his decision before even completing his freshman season.
