A power-armed 2016 is available on the recruiting market as RHP Zack Hess (Liberty Christian Academy, VA) de-committed from Virginia Tech. He recently visited Florida and Liberty, and is scheduled to visit Louisiana State next weekend. Hess has a strong frame at 6-foot-5, 200 pounds and can sit in the low 90s with his fastball while mixing in a sharp slider.
