Missouri-St. Louis signee. Tomaras finished the week going 8-for-11 with two doubles, five RBIs, seven runs scored, four walks and five stolen bases. In their 4-2 win over Stagg, Tomaras went 3-for-4 with a double and one RBI, and in their 10-0 win over New Berlin Eisenhower, he went 3-for-4 with two RBIs and two runs scored.

C Noah Tomaras (Lemont, 2024) had a strong showing behind the plate during Tuesday’s workout. The uncommitted 5-foot-11, 180-pound backstop led the entire event in pop times (1.88-1.97) with a quick, accurate release, topping at 77 mph from the crouch. Tomaras flashed bat strength at the plate as well with a 95.9 mph max exit velocity and 368 ft. peak batted distance.
Positional Profile: C/3B
Body: 5-11, 180-pounds. Wide-shouldered, athletic frame.
Hit: RHH. Narrow, upright stance, gains ground. Pull-side approach, short to the ball, power at times. Drove a triple, scored a run and knocked in three over the course of game play. 74.5 mph bat speed with 10 G’s of rotational acceleration.
Power: 96 max exit velocity, averaged 81.2 mph. 368’ max distance.
Arm: RH. C - 77 mph. Short, quick, accurate, on the bag, 3/4 slot.

C Noah Tomaras (Lemont, 2024) stands in a strong 5-foot-11, 180-pound frame. The uncommitted senior-to-be showed well for our staff last month at Providence Catholic High School. Tomaras looked like a natural behind the dish, working quickly to release, popping a 1.99 on his best throw down to second base while peaking at 79 mph from the crouch. Consistently on the barrel (60%), Tomaras blasted the farthest ball of the day (330’), and he produced a peak exit velocity of 91.1 mph from the right side. He also showed quick bat speed with an average speed of 70.4 mph and a peak speed of 75.1 mph, both good for second at the event.

Hit: RHH. Balanced setup, low hand slot at load, minimal stride. Short and uphill path to contact, line drive approach and worked middle-in.
