INF Ryan Rodriguez (Batavia, 2027) dominated the leaderboards from this event, showing an easy operation and strong hands from the right side. He posted an event-best 368-foot max distance, a 100.3 mph max exit velocity, and an average EV of 93.8 mph. He also tied for the highest average hand-speed (23.7 mph), capping off a stellar showing. Rodriguez is yet another prospect from Batavia to follow this spring coming out of this event.

He showed a clear feel to hit throughout his round, staying on the barrel to the whole field. Defensively, Rodriguez showed steady actions while receiving and throughout his defensive round, reaching as low as 2.25 for his pop-time with directional footwork and a clean transfer.
