His best performance from the week came against Brooks where he went 2-for-3 with two triples, four RBIs, two runs scored and a walk. He also had a quality performance against No. 21 St. Rita, going 2-for-4 with a triple, two RBIs and one run scored.
INF Theodore Greco (Lane Tech) will be a name to keep an eye on this spring. A smooth defender on the infield, Greco glides easily to both sides of his glove to pair with a fluid glove-to-hand, reaching up to 87 mph across the diamond with life. The right-handed hitter has some thump in his bat, reaching up to 94.2 mph for his max EV with a 359’ max distance, working long through the zone with a flat path. 7.05 runner in the 60 with a 31.6” vertical.

Greco continued his 12-game hitting streak last week going 8-for-15 (.533) with a home run, triple, five RBIs, and eight runs. Against Amundsen, Greco went 3-for-3 with a home run, triple, two RBIs, two runs, and two walks. He added a hit with two RBIs, two runs scored and a walk against No. 20 Mundelein. Greco leads the team in batting average (.438) and OPS (1.188).

Greco is currently on a ten-game hitting streak, and he put together another quality performance together in Florida. On the week he went 5-for-13 (.385) with a double, one RBI, and two runs. Against Cardinal Gibbons (FL), he had a multi-hit game and recorded a hit, one run scored, and a stolen base against Archbishop McCarthy (FL).
