His arm was clean with some quickness out front, helping him touch upper-70s with his fastball. Like most prospects his age, his off-speed pitches are still developing, but his change-up looked to be the better of the two, sitting 68-70 mph with an average of -17.4 inches of horizontal movement. Waters also mixed in a curveball that sat 63-64 mph.
