RHP Owen Satterlee (Prairie Ridge, 2027) threw the ball well in his two innings of work at the event. A strong and durable frame at 6-foot, 195-pounds, he worked two scoreless, while punching out four. He sat 85-87 mph with the fastball, while showing immense feel for a 78-80 mph changeup that produced swing and miss. Satterlee would also show two different breaking balls; a 77-78 mph curveball that showed sharp 12/6 break, and a tight 76-78 mph slider.
Positional Profile: RHP/RHP
Body: 6-0, 195-pounds. Compact, well-proportioned frame with some strength present throughout.
Delivery: Tall and fall, lands in-line, smooth finish, balanced.
Arm Action: RH. Hides ball, compact, high 3/4 slot.
FB: T87, 85-87 mph. Stays on top of the ball. T2220, 2070 average rpm.
CB: 77-78 mph. Sharp 12/6 break. T2183, 2156 average rpm.
SL: 76-78 mph. Sharp movement with tight break. T2154, 2065 average rpm.
CH: 78-80 mph. Dies at the plate. T1574, 1506 average rpm.
Stocky, compact 6-foot, 195-pound right-hander with strength in the build. Clean, full-circle arm action out of the stretch-only operation – even lift into a linear drive, clears the front side into a high OTT slot. Some dynamic athleticism in the move with present intent. Fastball works 86–87, T88 (2098 avg rpm) with sinker traits, playing heavy to the bottom of the zone. Curveball at 77–78 (2283 avg rpm) is tight and two-plane, while the slider (78–80, 2158 avg rpm) sweeps across the zone – both distinct breaking balls that give him multiple swing-and-miss looks. Changeup (79–81, 1355 avg rpm) kills spin effectively, showing arm-side depth and separation off the heater.
Uncommitted, currently ranked No. 79 in the state. Coming in at a well-proportioned 6-foot, 195-pound frame. Satterlee got the start on the mound for the Wolves, tossing five innings and producing a lot of weak contact with his three pitch mix. His fastball showed life out of the hand, sitting 83-85 mph and topping 86 mph in the first inning. He also utilized a tight horizontal slider at 76-77 mph, and a deceptive, fading changeup at 79-80 mph. The right-hander worked out of a controlled drop-and-drive delivery, with a loose ¾ arm action. The right-hander appeared to be a fierce competitor on the mound, wanting the ball in clutch situations and working himself out of jams. An overall impressive performance from the sophomore, who continues to make a name for himself as an arm to know.
Uncommitted. 5-foot-11, 191 pounds. The sophomore made a large impact for the varsity squad, getting the start and completing six innings, walking four, allowing two hits, and striking out nine. The right-hander has a simple delivery, a medium leg lift while exploding through the finish with a ¾ arm slot. His fastball sat between 84-86 mph with life out of the hand. The slider sat 75-77 mph with bite.

Satterlee had an impressive outing on the mound in their Saturday afternoon game against Prospect Training Academy, striking out eight over six innings with just one earned run, three hits and one walk. The 5-foot-11, 165-pound right-handed pitcher attacked PTA hitters with a firm four-seam fastball that overpowered his opponents and sat 78-80 mph early in the game. Backing up the fastball was an 11/5 curveball with depth used as a put away pitch with two strikes, sitting 65-67 mph. Satterlee is a prospect to watch as he goes through the Prairie Ridge program.
