6'5" 190 lbs. projectable frame with long limbs and a ton of room to add strength. The Zachary product may have earned himself more opportunities this season, after a great day on Saturday. In two games, against Northshore and Calvary Baptist, he went 3-5 at the plate with 2 RBI and 2 SB. He faced a really good arm against Calvary Baptist in 2024 LHP Landon Fontenot, and turned in some of the best at-bats of the night off the southpaw. Sanders struckout in his first at-bat on a really good breaking ball down in the zone, and then turned around an 87 mph FB for a line drive single up the middle in his second at-bat. He needs to continue to improve his ability to hit breaking balls and his defense and arm, but there's no denying the talent and potential upside that the uncommitted sophomore posseses.
