+ RHP Jacob Coisman (Luxemburg-Casco, 2027): Cincinnati commit features a highly projectable 6-foot-3, 185-pound frame. The right-handed pitcher operates with a tall balance point and a slight hip turn, working closed down the mound to create deceptive crossfire action. Coisman throws from a long, loose, and fluid three-quarter arm slot with noticeable arm speed. The fastball sat 87-89 mph topping out at 90 mph (2,470 rpm) with 15.0 inches of average induced vertical break, while his slider played at 73-76 mph (2,415 rpm) with -3.3 inches of horizontal movement, led the entire showcase with his exceptional spin averages on both the fastball and slider. He rounds out his advanced arsenal with a 78-80 mph splitter.
Future Games 2025: RHP Jacob Coisman (Luxemburg-Casco) entered Georgia ranked at No. 11 in our 2027 rankings. He stands in at a projectable 6-foot-3, 175-pounds with plenty of room for added strength. He displayed a lively fastball/slider combo with spin being a strength among both pitches.. He ran his fastball in the 86-89 mph range, even topping out at 91.2 mph with an average of 2437 rpms on the pitch. His slider ran up to 2600+ rpms and stayed in the 77-80 mph range with late bite to the pitch. There is plenty of projection within both Coisman’s frame and arsenal, and should continue to be an exciting follow.
Coisman would show quality actions on the mound during his Saturday start against Halos National, collecting eight strikeouts across five innings of work in which he allowed zero earned runs. Showed a quality, high spin two-pitch mix which included an upper-80s fastball that topped out at 89 mph along with a 74-78 mph slider. 6-foot-3, 175-pound frame with long levers and room for added strength. Set to represent Wisconsin at the Future Games later this month, Coisman is a must know name for college coaches.
+ RHP Jacob Coisman (Luxemburg-Casco, 2027) one of the top right-handers in the class, impressed at his showcase debut. Standing 6-foot-3, 170 pound with clear room to add to his wiry frame. Confident in his two pitch mix, the fastball sat 87-88 mph flashing carry averaging 15.5 inches of IVB with a max of 20.4 inches of max IVB. The slider has been his go-to offering in game, sitting 75-76 mph with sharp two plane action and feel to locate throughout the zone. Filthy look from the sophomore right hander who is not even close to the finished product with how long and wiry the frame is.
Displaying a slim 6-foot-1, 150-pound frame with a projection for added strength, Jacob Coisman did not disappoint in his outing against the Sparks. The righty threw a full seven innings only allowing two runs. Mechanically, Coisman throws with a high leg kick striding in line with the plate. He’s a loose and easy mover on the mound. He throws out of a 3/4 arm slot with long arm action fully extending his arm on his delivery. His fastball is thrown at a firm 81-84 mph topping 85 mph possessing late run and rise. While Coisman mostly throws his fastball, he will throw his 71-72 mph curveball every so often to keep hitters off balance.
