+ INF/RHP Kallen Magli (DeForest, 2028) was one of the biggest winners of the day on Sunday. The freshman’s athleticism was on display by running a 6.85 seconds 60 yard dash which was the best mark of the day among the freshman group and the 5th best mark overall. He also jumped an impressive 28.9 inches for his vertical jump which was the best mark of the day. Magli showcased all kinds of feel for the barrel with his quick right-handed swing and produced solid exit velocities in the upper 80s throughout his round. On the mound, Magli was pounding the zone with the fastball in the upper 70s and two different breaking balls. Magli is shaping into a name to know in the state for the 2028 class.

INF/RHP Kallen Magli (De Forest, 2028) showed off some athleticism to kick off Saturday’s event, as he recorded one of the top 60-yard dash times of the day at 7.22. He then took a clean round of BP where he sprayed line drives to all parts of the field, with his hardest batted ball of the day coming off at 83.4 mph. During his ‘pen, Magli featured a simple delivery and paired with a shorter arm path into a lower ¾ slot. His fastball sat in the mid-70s, while topping out at 78.1 mph. Both of his breaking balls featured some upside spin metrics, while his changeup played with some fade to the armside.
