It is with great excitement that we release to you today, the Top 50 players across Maryland and Delaware in the 2025 class. Tomorrow, our staff will unveil the Full Top 200, along with key risers on Friday.

Aidan West (Long Reach | NC State commit) remains at No. 1, however we see a plethora of movement inside the top ten.

It's another jump in the rankings for Alabama commit Will Rhine (John Carroll), as the left-handed hitting infielder jumps two spots to number two. After battling an injury to begin the spring campaign, Rhine came back strong and certainly backed up the hype as being one of the most talented positional players in the class. The hit tool showed consistency, showcasing the ability to backspin to the gaps and alleys with added pull-side power. The barrel awareness continues to be added with the ability to cut it down deep in the count and spray line drives to all fields. Strength continues to be added and we see room for even more muscle mass to fill out the frame.

Sliding up to number three, Wake Forest commit Jordan Regulski (Colonel Richardson) continues his accent up the rankings following yet another dominant spring campaign in the Bayside Conference. Regulski worked to a 7-0 record with a 1.21 ERA while striking out 74 over 46 innings this spring, and the arsenal continues to impress. The fastball has steadily climbed in velocity, now sitting in the low 90s while grabbing a 95 earlier this month with still plenty left in the tank. The changeup has shown to be the better secondary pitch and added feel with some fade plays well off the fastball. The breaking ball is still developing, however, has shown some more depth as the spring went on. Still raw, the 6-foot-4 righty has one of, if not the highest ceiling across the state.

Transferring into Maryland from Pennsylvania this spring, shortstop and Virginia Tech commit Ty Kaunas has exploded onto the scene across the Old Line State, landing him at number nine in this latest update. Kaunas is an impact bat with advanced glove work and above-average arm strength that allows the ability to impact the game in multiple facets. The hit tool is consistent and explosive with loud pull-side strength that stays true to a line drive approach to the gap, creating extension through and whip in the barrel. Defensively, athleticism comes to the forefront with active feet and quick reaction time to get to the ball in the hole. The arm strength is present with still more in the tank as the body fills, which should allow the hit tool to become even more explosive as the strength is added.
