North Carolina Director of Scouting, Brandon Hall was on the road on Tuesday and Thursday this week with Regional Finals being played around the state.  On Tuesday he saw a late comeback by Tuscola on the road at East Rowan.  Thursday’s game only had one run, but had plenty of excitement as Mt Airy evened their series with Uwharrie Charter Academy.
