Starting off by running a 6.90 60-yard dash before taking a loud and standout round of batting practice, driving the ball throughout the field while consistently finding the barrel. The feel for the barrel would translate to gameplay, launching multiple extra base hits including a loud home run. Defensively, Helms is a versatile defender capable of playing multiple spots on the field with a chance to stick on the left-side of the infield given the arm strength. One of the top uncommitted players in the state's 2027 class.
Future Games 2025: INF Brady Helms (Hartford) stands in at a lean 6-foot, 181-pounds with a strong set of tools. Helms had the third highest INF velo from Team Wisconsin at 88 mph, as well as putting on a quality round of batting practice. Helms put up a max exit velocity at 97.0 mph, average 86 mph throughout the round. Helms stands in the box with stock setup and a toe tap trigger that tries to time up the pitch into the swing. Helms also uses his bat speed to generate consistent pop and found the barrel often.

He has strength and quickness in his hands and reached a max exit velocity of 97 mph. Helms displayed quality actions in the infield and was up to 88 mph with carry and accuracy through the bag. Brady Helms is a player who has created some buzz for himself after yesterday’s performance.
Uncommitted, standing at an athletic 6-foot, 173 pounds. Hit three hole and played second base for the Orioles going 2-for-4 on the day with a double. At the plate, the right-handed hitter takes a direct path to the baseball and consistently makes contact no matter the location in the zone. Showing increasing feel to leverage the ball in the air, something that can continue to tick up with added strength.
Helms would hit out of the cleanup spot for his Hartford squad during their first game Saturday, going 3-for-5 with 2 RBIs and two runs scored. The right-handed bat showcased a simple all-field approach with a balanced base and medium stride that allowed the sophomore to consistently get into a position of launch. Athleticism and polish are obvious parts of Helms' profile, making him a must-know name in Wisconsin's 2027 class. 6-foot, 174-pound frame.

At 6-foot, 174 pounds, he displayed a compact swing and consistently drove the ball to all fields. Helms projects to add size and strength as he matures and will certainly add to his raw power tool in the future.
INF/OF Brady Helms (Hartford Union, 2027) was a standout underclassmen at the event. Standing at 5-foot-10, 170-pounds with room for added muscle, the right-hander worked the middle of the field throughout his round of batting practice. Showing the ability to stay inside the baseball and extend past contact, Helms was able to consistently find the barrel and hit line drives. Defensively Helms showed a strong arm and steady actions for his age in the outfield, up to 83 mph. In the infield Helms showed the ability to make plays on the move and make accurate throws, his arm played at 78 across the diamond.
