+ RHP Parker Lawson (Bay Port, 2026) continues to show impressive feel for pitching with his performance on Sunday. Lawson used an athletic delivery and was up to 82 mph with the fastball with the ability to drive the ball through all four quadrants. He also displayed feel for a sharp biting curveball with 11/5 shape and break and a changeup thrown with fastball arm speed. The former Junior Future Gamer remains on our staff’s radar going into the spring.
Parker Lawson, Bay Port High (WI), 2026
Positional Profile: RHP
Body: 6-4, 230-pounds. Strong and sturdy build, sloped shoulders, good proportions.
Delivery: Medium leg lift, slight crossfire land, low leg swing finish through the plate.
Arm Action: RH. Medium arc, in-line, 3/4 slot, quick arm, repeats.
FB: T83, 80-82 mph. Finishes through areas of the zone, plays at the top, some natural cut life finish. T2109, 1950 average rpm.

CH: 75-77 mph. Fading action at the plate, thrown with fastball intent. T1302, 1277 average rpm.
During his outing, the right-hander pounded the zone with his two-pitch mix which included a fastball up to 83 mph from an easy and simple delivery and a high-60s breaking ball with short 10/4 action.
Lawson is built at a physically mature 6-foot-2, 195-pounds and was one of the many prospects who initially grabbed our scouts attention at The Rock Summer Championships which resulted in an invite to the PBR Junior Future Games. On the mound, Lawson features a fastball that we have seen up to the mid-80s and has feel for a 11/5 breaking ball that he is able to throw either in the zone, or bury it for swings and misses. Offensively, his natural strength carries over as he is able to spray line drives and has registered a max EV of 86.3, too.
Lawson stands at an 6-foot-2, 185-pound frame, above average for his age level. Flashed bat speed and some power during his BP session, in which he sprayed line drives from gap-to-gap. We will be excited to see Lawson on the bump for Team Wisconsin later this week, as he’s reached 85 mph in past events as an incoming freshman.
XL frame, quick mover through the ball, short in line, repeatable who fills the zone with a 79-82 mph fastball that shows some run with finish. His breaking ball showed sharpness on a 11/5 slurvey type, with confidence in pitch to throw for strikes and get below zone for swing and miss.
