2025 Senior Future Games: OF Adam Kozak (Lockport, 2026) has long stood out in gameplay, and he had a strong showing in the workout portion of this event. He started things off with his best tool, running to a 6.57 in the 60 to start his day. He has a loose and athletic left-handed swing that looks to work the gaps, peaking at 96.2 mph for his EV. He also put up quality BLAST metrics with an average hand-speed of 21.5 mph and average bat-speed of 71.1 mph. His athleticism easily translates to the outfield with fluid footwork and easy reads off the bat, ranging easily to balls to either side of him. He also topped out at 83 mph from a crowhop, delivering accurate strikes to his target.
7/17/25
A summer standout for our staff that would eventually earn an invite to the Senior Future Games, Kozak would show an athletic left-handed bat with wiry strength that played up throughout the weekend. Finished the tournament 6-for-10 with three doubles, three RBIs, and a run scored. Defensively showed present foot speed that played up in the outfield with above-average reads and developing routes. Athletic 5-foot-10, 155-pound frame with room for added strength—uncommitted name to follow within the state's senior class.
5/21/25
Uncommitted, currently ranked No. 135 in the state’s junior class, Kozak had a nice week at the plate finishing 4-for-7 with a double, home run, two RBIs, three runs, and a stolen base.

3/15/24
Kozak emerged as a name to know in the sophomore class after having a big game on Friday night vs. Mount Vernon. The athletic 5-foot-10, 155-pound outfielder went 4-for-4 with two triples, four RBI, and three runs scored out of the leadoff spot for the Porters. Although what may have stood out the most regarding Kozak’s performance was the level of maturity he showed in the box and with his approach. The left-handed hitter maintained a simple and level swing at the plate, using the whole field and letting his barrel do the work. He also showed advanced actions on the basepaths for his age as well. Kozak will be a bat to follow this spring hitting at the top of a talented Lockport lineup.
