Emerald  12   Chester  8

In what was an offensive battle, Emerald outslugged Chester in an important region game. Chester would take a commanding lead in the 1st inning putting up a 5 spot lead by Darby Clack. Emerald would respond with a run in the bottom half of the 1st with a HR off the bat of Will Howard. The two teams would exchange runs in the 2nd. Emerald would go on to score 2+ runs in each remaining inning. Emerald would take the lead in the 6th inning and hold on to defeat the Chester Cyclones and sweep the region series.
