Prior to and during the early signing period for NCAA Division I and II (mid November) we received a handful of email and calls from prospects/parents with some version of this question:

What happens if the scholarship numbers on the athletics aid agreement are different than what we had agreed to when we made our verbal commitment? 

We dealt with these questions on an individual basis with the people that submitted them and helped guide them in their search for answers, however I wanted to also write a feature on it as this type of confusion
