We are going to build on last week’s feature related to NCAA Division II rules by taking a look at initial academic eligibility standards.  Much like the recruiting and scholarship rules Division II rules in this area are quite simple – no sliding scales, no new, weird completion percentages for Class of 2016 prospects, etc.
