We are less than 24 hours away from the first games of the 2019 season, which means one thing, baseball is back. Our expansive network of scouts have been hard at work gathering notes and reporting on junior colleges across the country. With the backing of our resources, we have compiled a preseason ranking of the Top 25 D1 JUCOs, Top 20 D2 JUCOs and Top 10 D3 JUCOs.
