4A-II Colby Regional – 5/21/15
First Round: Holcomb (14-4) 6, Goodland (6-13) 1
First Round: Colby (9-10) 14, Hugoton (9-10) 5
Championship: Colby (10-10) 16, Holcomb (14-5) 3
TOP PERFORMERS/NOTES:
+ On Thursday, Holcomb (14-4) won its first round game at the 4A-II Colby Regional over Goodland (6-13) by a score of 6-1. Sophomore LHP/1B Conner VanCleave threw a seven-inning complete game giving up six hits, three walks while striking out 11. At the plate VanCleave reached base four times in four plate appearances hitting two doubles and collecting two walks.
