Louis Philippe Langevin RHP / 1B / Ecole secondaire de la Seigneurie, QC / 2021Report: 2021 RHP Louis Philippe Langevin (ABC Academie, QC), a 6-foot-1, 185-pounder, worked three innings Saturday, locating his fastball down in the zone and to both sides of the plate. He was up to 87 and got swings and misses on it. He also showed a breaking ball with 11/5 shape and downward action. He has some feel for the changeup. Langevin works under control with minimal effort and the arm is clean in the back.
