Earlier this week, SS T.J. McKenzie (Royal Palm Beach HS, FL) became the eighth 2019 from Florida to make a commitment, pledging to Vanderbilt. The 5-foot-8, 140-pound freshman is the younger brother of RHP Triston McKenzie, who was also committed to the Commodores, but instead signed with the Cleveland Indians out of the 2015 draft as the 42nd overall. He has loose, easy actions in the infield and a loose, quick bat with good hand-eye coordination at the plate.
