Mizuno Player & Pitcher of the Week: Week 10

Each week during the high school season, we will be announcing the Mizuno Pitcher and Player of the Week for that particular week. Numerous players across the state continue to put up impressive numbers both as position players and pitchers on the mound. This year we will be selecting one Pitcher of the Week and one Player of the Week based on nominations from high school coaches across the state. Thanks to Mizuno for sponsoring both awards this season.

The Auburn recruit and former Future Gamer had a week to remember for the Aggies picking up 8 hits in 11 at bats which included 3 home runs, 3 doubles, a triple, and 11 runs batted in.

MIZUNO PITCHER OF THE WEEK

Cooper Waddle LHP / OF / Itawamba , MS / 2025

The Southern Miss recruit and former Future Gamer was dominant in his performance over Houston in the first round of the 4A state playoffs going 7 innings, allowing just 1 hits, no runs, while striking out 15!
