We have hit October and we are firmly in the midst of the fall.  Baseball players across the country are beginning to finalize their club team seasons, or football seasons, while preparing for the off-season.  At this same time, many players are looking at their future and what will suit them best for the summer and falls to come. 

As a former coach and recruiting coordinator, I have experience with club teams from the outside looking in… There are separators between clubs which make some clubs more desirable to work with, as a recruiting coordinator.  I have not had a son go through the process and can only imagine the hurdles and obstacles families deal with in the process.  Today we will look to help players and families with two key areas that may help separate some organizations.
