The NCAA has recently made changes to their recruiting and eligibility rules that effect class of 2016 prospects.  Below is a snapshot of these changes.

Starting on September 1^st, college baseball coaches can send email, text messages and place phone calls to juniors in high school.  This represents a major change in the recruiting landscape as previously sending
