Prep Baseball and Bullpen Tournaments today announced the completion of their merger and the launch of Capacity Sports Group (CSG). The combined organization is the leading fully integrated venue management and youth sports platform, uniting facilities, events, scouting, media, technology, and teams under one operating model.

CSG brings together trusted brands and proven operators across a national footprint to deliver a consistent, end-to-end experience for athletes, families, and scouts. By aligning venue operations, event programming, and scouting into one platform, CSG raises the standard for consistency, quality, and athlete experience across every touchpoint.

“This is the next step in our evolution and an extension of what we have been building for 22 years,” said Sean Duncan, President of Prep Baseball. “Our merger simply strengthens our ability to operate at the highest level, with world-class venues, elite events, and a unified standard of service nationwide.”

The two organizations have collaborated for more than a decade, with leadership teams working side by side since 2010 and formalizing their partnership in 2019 with the creation of the Prep Baseball Tournaments brand.

“Bringing Bullpen, Prep Baseball, and Top Tier together marks an important milestone in our evolution,” said Ken Kocher, CEO of Capacity Sports Group. “We’re uniting organizations with shared values and a proven track record to build a platform for long-term growth. Over time, we expect to expand into additional sports and thoughtfully add complementary organizations, leveraging our venue and operating platform to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for athletes, families, and partners.”
