Brendan Koester RHP / C / Simley, MN / 2026

Brendan threw a 7 inning complete game shutout on only 75 pitches against a red-hot Hill-Murray team. He struck out 3 and did not walk anyone.

Landon Sanderson RHP / 3B / Lake Crystal Wellcome Memorial, MN / 2027

Last week's Pitcher of the Week was at it again: He threw a 7 inning, 12 strikeout shutout over Maple River.

AJ Newell RHP / 1B / Southwest Christian , MN / 2024

5/1 game v. Mound Westonka: 7 IP, 3 H, 1 ER, 9 SO

On the season: 23 IP, 3-0 record, 11 H, 2 ER 33 SO

Kelin Rasmussen OF / SS / Farmington, MN / 2024

Kelin provided a spark in Farmington's two games this week to help keep the Tigers undefeated. He hit two home runs and had 4 RBI vs Lakeville South on May 1 and then followed that up with a big hit, a walk and 2 more RBI vs Eastview on May 3. He also continued to make one big play after another at third base.

Jack Anderson SS / 3B / Benilde-St. Margaret's, MN / 2024

In two games last week, the James Madison commit went 4-for-6 with 2 doubles, a home run, 6 RBI, and 3 runs scored to help the Red Knights to a 2-0 week.

Ryan Hjellming RHP / SS / Cannon Falls, MN / 2026

On Thursday Ryan threw a Gem against Goodhue. Complete game shutout. 99 pitches. 13 K, 1 H, 1 BB, 0 HBP. With solid defense behind him, we only allowed two baserunners. 

Andrew Gette RHP / 3B / Mounds View, MN / 2026

Another CG Shutout: 7 IP, 5 H, 12 SO, 1 BB.

The Junior Future Game alum is now 4-1 on the year with a 1.69 ERA. He's struckout 45 in 29 innings. 

Dakota Retterath / Austin, MN / 2024

4-for-8 on the week with 5 RBIs, 1 run, 3 singles, and a double.  

Noah Jensen 1B / C / MINNEWASKA SECONDARY, MN / 2025

5-for-7, two doubles, a home run and a 2.146 OPS.  

Connor Esposito 1B / LHP / Mound Westonka , MN / 2024

Esposito picked up another win on the mound on May 2nd, throwing 5.2 innings allowing only 2 hits to go along with 13 strikeouts against Hutchinson. 

Isaac Wenszell OF / RHP / Lourdes , MN / 2024

Isaac is a senior captain and has been red hot at the plate this week, batting .417 with 1 HR, and 5 RBI for a 1.167 OPS. On the mound, he was 1-1 with 11 1/3 IP allowing just 3 ER for a 1.85 ERA, a .188 BAA, and 13K/5BB.

Tyler Berglund RHP / 1B / Proctor , MN / 2026

6-for-10 at the plate with 3 RBI against International Falls was part of a no-hitter where he went 7.2 innings with 1 walk and 7 strikeouts, but ran out of pitches to get the last guy out. 

Jack Scanlon RHP / 2B / Delano, MN / 2025

Complete game shutout against Becker: 7 IP, 0 R, 3 H, 12 K, 2 BB. 

Brett Schlangen / Sartell, MN / 2024

.571 for the week including a 2B and a 3B

Tanner Nordrum RHP / OF / New Prague, MN / 2024

9 IP 3 H 9 K 1 BB 0 R 1-0 win over Bloomington Jefferson

The Augsburg commit went 6-for-8 at the plate with 3 doubles and 3 RBI’s and had zero passed balls as a catcher the last 8 games.
