Although the regular season has concluced, the Prep Baseball Nevada staff will continue to highlight top performances across the State throughout the postseason with our 'playoff performers' series throughout the 2024 NIAA playoffs. It serves as an opportunity for our staff to highlight players, from across the state, that put up impressive performances during each week of the playoffs.

+ BRYCE INTAGLIATA - 2024 LHP, VIRGIN VALLEY (CSI COMMIT)

The College of Southen Idaho signee has continued his outstanding year on the mound where he has amassed 72 strikeouts over his 45 innings (1.6K/Inning) on his way to a earning a 1.09 ERA. Yesterday, was no different as Intagiata lead the Bulldogs to a spot in the Class 3A State Tournament with another stout performance, going Complete Game (7.0 IP) shutout, striking out 12 along the way.

+ CASH MARTIN - 2027 RHP, FAITH LUTHERAN

The Freshman put together one of the most dominant performance of the season in yesterday's matchup with a complete game effort, allowing 0 runs while striking out 3 and using only 66 pitches to do so. Martin was a standout at our Las Vegas Preseason ID and will be representing Nevada at the 2024 Future Games in Emerson, Georgia.

+ TANNER JOHNS - 2025 LHP, PALO VERDE (OREGON)

The Junior has had limited time on the mound this Spring, but you would never know with the massive performance he put together in yesterday's matchup with the winner earning a birth into the 2024 NIAA State Tournament. Johns stood tall through his 7.0 inning Complete Game effort, striking out 3 while allowing 1 earned and even withstanding a line drive off his pitching hand to help lead the Panthers to a huge win. Johns will be representing Nevada at the 2024 Prep Baseball ProCase - West this coming June at Pepperdine University.

+ ZACK SILVERMAN - 2024 LHP, RENO (UMPQUA CC)

The senior has been called on time and time again this Spring in big games and yesterday was no different as he put together another impressive performance against a talented Douglas team, going Complete Game (7.0 Innings), allowing 1 Earned Run while striking out 3. Keep an eye on Silverman as a key factor the rest of the way as Reno continues to make their push for a deep playoff run.
