Idaho Top Uncommitted Spotlight: RHP/OF Ryder Scheibe

The 2023 summer season is now in full swing with player across the State taking the field with their local teams or travel teams. Our staff has already got a look at hundreds of player from within the State with five showcases so far with another on-deck in the fall with the Northern Idaho Open (Sept. 9).

With all of the players we've seen so far in 2023, we will begin to break down some of the top uncommitted talent from our events in the first half the year.

We continue our uncommitted spotlight series below with a look at 2025 RHP/OF Ryder Scheibe of Emmett High School who showed well on the mound at the Idaho State Games with a fastball up to 85.5mph with above average spin.

Power: 88 max exit velocity, averaged 75.7 MPH. 309' max distance.
Arm: RH. OF-79 mph.
Defense: Athleticism present in his OF actions. Foot work to get him on line to his target. Simple shuffle/throw with midsection exchange. Accurate.

Defense: OF. Controlled actions through the ball. Feet work to get him in line to target. Relies on athleticism through the fielding process. Shuffles into throw.
