The Hitmakers: Nebraska's Top Position Players from the Super Senior Games
September 5, 2025
Kansas City, KS - The 2025 Prep Baseball Central Super Senior Games gathered some of the Midwest’s top uncommitted 2026 talent at Homefield Baseball Complex in Kansas City. While arms always draw attention, it was the position players who stole the show this time—bats that turned heads, athletes who impacted the game in multiple ways, and tools that demanded notice. Six stood out above the rest, each bringing a unique blend of power, speed, and versatility to the field.

Brady Perich | OF | Millard South
Compact frame, big impact. The left-handed bat has quickness and intent, flashing juice with a solo homer in Game 3 and touching 99.7 mph exit velocity in BP. Runs a 6.93, throws 90 from the outfield, and has the athleticism to cover all three spots. A lefty stick coaches need on their radar.
Goodbye ball👋

Kasen Brown | 3B/C | Gretna East
Versatility is the calling card. Brown can move around the diamond—2B, 3B, C, OF—and do it with above-average defensive actions. The bat works to all fields, with barrel control and gap power. A 6.99 runner with 85 mph across the dirt and 87 from the outfield, Brown checks every box for coaches looking for options.
Donnie Rosenthal | OF | Papillion La Vista South
One of the best athletes in the ’26 class, Rosenthal profiles as a true center fielder. He’s been as high as 92 mph from the outfield with a 6.69 sixty, and even when “down” he was still 89/6.84. His bat has juice, but his game is at its best when he’s driving balls gap-to-gap and applying pressure with speed.
Dele Odulate | OF | Lincoln East
If you’re building a ballplayer, you’d start with Odulate’s frame—6-foot, 182 pounds of strength and twitch. He scorched the turf with a 6.64 sixty and an event-best 1.58 10-yard split, then unloaded a 99.8 mph exit velocity in BP. Raw, but dripping with upside, Odulate’s physical traits scream high-end talent.
Caden Shafer | 3B | Millard North
The BP round was thunderous. Shafer’s 6-foot-2, 220-pound frame delivered max exit velocity at 103.9 and averaged 98.6, with every swing sounding different than the rest of the complex. He posted a 7.06 sixty and showed positional flexibility, 85 across the infield and 87 from the outfield. A middle-of-the-order masher with defensive options.
Nathan Christiansen | SS | Omaha Skutt
