Lincoln Dalton RHP / 1B / Pleasant Valley High School, IA / 2026Rankings StateRank: 9 / POS: 5
The 6-foot-4, 215lb righty showed well his second time down at LakePoint. Dalton would toss two scoreless innings while showing off a refined pitch mix. His fastball sat 86-88 with traits of ride at times. The Bettendorf native spun two distinct breaking balls with effective movement profiles as well. Having plus spin (2500 RPM) on his curveball and an IVB at -15.8 on average, Dalton got hitters flinch and chase consistanty. Lincoln's slider was used as a put away pitch, sitting at 79-80, with up to 14 inches of horizontal movement.

Dane Gosselink LHP / 1B / West Des Moines Valley, IA / 2026Rankings StateRank: 11 / POS: 1
A lanky 6-5, 160lb left handed pitcher is always looked at with prospects looking to go to the next level. Gosselink didn't have the outing he nessesarily wanted down at LakePoint, but the upside is very real from the WDM Valley southpaw. Up to 92MPH in the Spring League, Gosselink has tons of promise in his baseball career.
