It has been quite some time since we have expanded our VA/DC Class of 2026 Rankings. Well wait no longer. We are moving from a Top 175 to a Top 225. In an attempt to be very thorough and detailed with our final expansion, we have waited for this update for quite some time in order to gather evaluations on potential incoming players. This class, like the 2025 class, will cap at the Top 225. The class will continue to be cleaned up every update until late next spring, but will not expand from its current Top 225 status.

With the expansion comes a lengthy list of new additions to the ranked class. Some moving into the Top 100, and a significant amount of the additions slotting themselves in the 150-225 range. Today we are going to highlight ten of the fifty new faces that are moving into the ranks.

To see the full list of new faces and complete rankings, check back on Wednesday and Thursday with our Top 50 and Top 225 releases.

CLASS OF 2026: 10 NEW FACES

Caden Bell RHP / 1B / Potomac Falls High, VA / 2026

The second ranked uncommitted arm in the 2026 class. While everyone is caught up on who can throw the hardest, this arm continues to get outs and spins one of the best breaking balls in the class. Whippy arm action, higher waist, and some funk to what he does. Throws a slider in the 76-79 mph range for strikes and the shape allows him to use it to versus hitters from both sides.

The ones that continue to sit on their hands with this one because he is 85-88 and not 87-91 are going to miss bringing in an arm that can be competitive on the mound from the jump.

Jimmy Bollini LHP / James Madison High School, VA / 2026

Does not have overpowering stuff, but his slot and attacking demeanor allow him to be a really effective and efficient arm on the mound. Sitting in the mid 80's and been up to 87, the lower slot lefty has above average arm speed and is a different look. It is a firm short action slider that sits in the 76-78 range. The tight split on the fastball/slider, to go along with his ability to land both pitches at an above average rate, makes it tough on opposing hitters. Add in a solid changeup as a third pitch and he has the stuff to navigate through an order more than once.

Henry Brown 3B / 1B / Frank W Cox High, VA / 2026

A little bit of a breakout summer for the physical left handed bat. While the bat takes precedence in the profile for us, the arm gives one only more reason to be intrigued. Quality path at the plate with some ability to hit as well as produce power to both gaps. Deeper hand load and separation, does a nice job matching pitch plane and takes what is given, while showing some impact skills on a consistent basis. On the mound he was mid-upper 80's at 17U National Championship and got up to 89 mph. Gradual slider and a changeup that showed as the best secondary pitch during that outing. Middle of the order impact and hit potential.

Cash Harrington RHP / 3B / lakeland high school suffolk va, VA / 2026

Harrington burst onto the scene this summer after finding some success with the Lakeland Cavaliers this spring. It is a physical 6-foot-2, 185-pound frame with a quick arm. He brings an aggressive mindset on the mound that gives him some edge. He uses the fastball to get ahead early in counts that sits in the mid-eighties and has been up to 88. The slider is firm in the upper seventies, shorter shape, and he has shown confidence in it to finish counts. It is a bulldog mentality that gives him his success with attacking hitters. He adds to the uncommitted talent out of the 757.

Banks Holman OF / OF / West Potomac High, VA / 2026

Showed really well this summer in multiple looks. Clean and quick path at the plate. Works from a wider base with an early toe tap load and gets the foot/heel down in time. There is some funk to the load and setup, but he has shown some solid bat to ball at the plate and the well above average run tool from the left side certainly adds some value. More line drive and contact driven with 6.6 speed. Above average arm strength in the outfield and traits to potentially play all three outfield spots.

Connor Mais SS / 3B / Ocean Lakes High, VA / 2026

If you are looking for a high energy player that brings some bounce to the defensive side, then look no further than Mais. There is a sense of flash and fluidity in his actions in the infield that brings some excitement. He showed his defensive ability throughout the spring for the state champions Ocean Lakes, and that carried over into the summer. He has soft hands and an above-average arm that gives him chances to make tough plays in the dirt. While it is a defensive first profile, he can provide a spark in the order with the athleticism and high motor.

Isaac Norman SS / 2B / Trinity Christian School of Fairfax, VA / 2026

Norman is another new face to the 2026 rankings update. His addition comes as output in game takes favor over projection and raw tools. At some point and time the tools and talent have to show up in game, and while the compact framed middle infielder does not have big loud, flashy tools, he shows up in game. Well above average run tool, turning out a 6.56 60 at Senior Future Games to go along with his 6.7 from a month prior. More second base profile with solid bat to ball and some doubles power from gap to gap. Has the footspeed to turn singles into doubles and plays the game with a quiet confidence.

JW Riggins OF / LHP / McLean High School, VA / 2026

There were flashes throughout the spring for Riggins where he showed that he could be a steady offensive producer, and he took another stride with that this summer. He has a smooth left-handed swing, and it plays against any quality arm. He shows plate discipline and awareness in his approach. His swing plays the best when he stays up the middle and the opposite field. It is a short stroke with low line drive tendencies. There is athleticism in the wiry 5-foot-11, 172-pound frame with a slightly above average run tool that suggests a left field positional profile. There is still more offensive upside to come when strength continues to be added to the already present skillset.

Bryce Stanford LHP / OF / Briar Woods High, VA / 2026

It had been quite some time since we had seen Stanford. Our look came in mid-July where the now Longwood commit shoved on the mound. The NOVA area left hander was 86-87 and topped at 88 mph through his three innings of work. Since we last saw him over a year ago, Stanford has gone from 80-83 to now sitting 86-87 mph. In addition to the velo jump, he had added pitchability and a quality breaking ball. His performance at 17U was very strong, and with the combination of the jump in stuff and how it plays in game, Stanford secures his spot inside the new rankings update.

Reggie Thomas II OF / 3B / PDG Academy, VA / 2026

There are some players where you show up to a field and you know what you are going to get out of them, and that is what Thomas does. You can pretty much count on Thomas making contributions to an offense whenever he is in the lineup. It is a compact, athletic frame that just has a knack for hitting. He works gap to gap in his approach and shows some impact to the pull side. It is a left field profile with slightly above average run tool and average arm strength. He’s confident in the box and knows how to impact a lineup.
