From July 23–26, the Prep Baseball Future Games return to the state-of-the-art LakePoint Sports Complex in Emerson, GA. Since launching in 2011, the event has become the premier college scouting showcase in the country, with more than 375 college coaches attending each of the past two years.

We now highlight the 2 players from Idaho to set to play on Team Nevada at the 2025 Future Games next week with Tyler Ransom out of Madison HS, and Kellen Viehweg out of Middleton HS. Both earned invites after dominant performances at the Idaho State Games. Below, we will take a quick look at each player and their video from recent events.

Tyler Ransom LHP / OF / Madison Senior High School, ID / 2027 Ransom was named the MVP Pitcher at the Idaho State Games after his performance on the mound. He sits 88-90 with a plenty of ASR on his fastball, and lived around the zone with all of his secondaries. He also ran a 6.72s 60-time, showing some real athelitcism and projectablity from the 6'0" 160lbs LHP. Ransom is set to pitch twice for Team Nevada: July 25 - Game 2 @ 4:15 PM on Lake Point #9. July 26 - Game 3 @ 3:00 PM on Lake Point #10.
