As we continue through the summer showcase season, Prep Baseball Washington features an Uncommitted Spotlight, where we highlight standout performers that attended a Prep Baseball Preseason ID event this year. Uncommitted spotlights are meant to showcase players that Prep Baseball Scouts felt showed standout tools, large improvements in overall game, or potential upside moving forward. College coaches and recruiters should be sure to keep an eye on these prospects in the coming months.
This week, we spotlight '26 INF Mikey Macall. The righty out of Ridgeline High School was most recently seen at the Spokane Summer ID at Gonzaga University this June.
A 6'2 athlete with a standout hit tool, Macall had an exceptional spring and carried it over to the summer, posting exit velocities up to 97.5 MPH to highlight his showcase. Below is a complete breakdown of the player, including scouting reports and video from ID events.
