On Saturday, August 2nd, the PB Texas staff traveled to McLennan CC in Waco, TX to host the Central Texas Uncommitted Games, an event for uncommitted 2026 & 2027 prospects.

Over 40 Players made their way to MCC and participated in a pro-style workout followed by gameplay, gathering unrivaled access to data through our state-of-the-art tech partners, as well as in-depth scouting analysis from our Prep Baseball Texas staff.

Today, we will be looking at the top performers from the day.

Kaleb Harrison | OF/INF | Katy HS | 2026 | 6’0” 175
Projects well physically. WAA runner with a 6.52 60 yd. Plays CF with range and ability to track balls in the gaps. Shows average HS arm strength with accurate throws from the OF. Line-drive contact with a pull-oriented approach. Athletic profile, WAA run tool, consistent contact. Upside to hit.

Jacob Tucker | INF | Seven Lakes HS | 2026 | 5’10” 160
Nice frame to add strength. 7.26 60 yd. Solid footwork defensively with average quickness; hands work—can improve consistency fielding out front. Projects to stay in the middle at the next level. Good hitting approach in-game.

Mason Miller | MIF | Willis HS | 2026 | 6’4” 160
Excellent frame to add strength. Solid runner—7.17 60 yd—and speed should improve with maturity. Simple approach with gap-to-gap line-drive contact. Hit-first profile with upside as he fills out physically.

Branden Daniel | RHP/INF | East Central HS | 2026 | 6’1” 165
Good frame to add strength. Athletic mover with a low-mileage arm. FB up to 91, worked 89–91 with carry at the top of the zone. 2400 avg spin, flashes cut. CB with 2600 spin, velocity 76–79, shows average action. Developing CH. Upside athlete with arm speed, strikes, and ability to spin.

Alexander Pavia | MIF | Prosper HS | 2026 | 5’6” 165
Will add strength in the future. Avg runner with a 4.36 turn; speed should tick up with added strength. Has the actions to stick in the middle—feet work and body positions are solid. Tick above average HS arm strength that will continue to improve. Simple, short swing with consistent barrel—like the hit tool.

Paxtyn Gonzales | MIF | Midlothian Heritage | 2028 | 5’4” 130
Young 2028 grad with room to add size and strength. Moves well defensively, shows promising actions. Short swing with above average feel to hit. Handles the bat well. Watch progress as strength comes.

Cayden Bergen | OF | Hays HS | 2026 | 5’7” 150
Good frame to add strength. Moves well in the outfield. Average HS arm strength with accurate throws. Compact swing with short path to the ball. Shows barrel consistency—strength gains will enhance impact.

Brady Schneider | MIF | The Woodlands HS | 2027 | 5’11” 150
Athletic frame to add strength. Plus runner—6.86 60 yd—with room to improve as he gets stronger. Clean defensive actions with projection to average defender. Average HS arm strength. Solid swing and contact; expect continued growth.

Peyton Thompson | INF | Seven Lakes HS | 2026 | 5’10” 155
Projectable frame. Developing defensive actions in the middle. Avg HS arm strength with ability to throw from angles on the move. Solid bat speed and gap-to-gap approach when on time—can get pull-happy in BP. Two line-drive hits to CF in game. Projects well.

Carson Roy | OF | Rock Hill HS | 2027 | 5’11” 163
Strong frame to add strength. Moves well—6.92 60 yd with quick start. Solid defender in OF, playable in CF, projects as corner OF. Average arm strength. Plus hand strength and speed. Flashes power; hits the ball hard. With continued development, offensive upside is significant.

Layton Murrell | C | Springtown HS | 2026 | 6’0” 200
Strong frame with room to add. Pop times: 1.94–1.95 (workout), 2.07 in-game on tough throw. Solid footwork and exchange. Receiving can improve, especially across the body. Consistent barrel in BP. Will continue to develop. Catch-and-throw type with potential bat/power combo.

Jordan Andrews | 1B/OF | Liberty Hill HS | 2026 | 6’0” 205
Strong build with room for added strength. Moves well at 1B; hands will continue to firm up. Corner OF potential; arm strength will improve. Pull-side power with loud contact. LHH with raw strength and future offensive potential.

Cruz Banuelas | C | Prestonwood Christian Academy | 2026 | 6’1” 212
Strong, physical build. Above average HS raw arm strength. Pop times: 1.88–2.04 (workout), 2.02 in-game. Moves well behind the plate and receives with confidence. Aggressive swinger with bat speed. Some length to swing. Hits the ball hard. Confident, hard-nosed player with catch-and-throw skills and power potential.

Jake Kirk | RHP/INF | Smithson Valley HS | 2026 | 6’2” 175
Projectable frame. Sound delivery and clean arm action. FB up to 85 with ride. CB shows ¾ tilt with feel. Athletic mover, arm works. Upside to FB and frame suggest more velocity to come.

Xander Thacker | INF/RHP | Boswell HS | 2026 | 5’10” 180
Strong frame. Avg runner (7.03 60 yd) with body control and agility. Solid infield actions; steady defender with ability to throw from angles. Above average HS arm strength. Aggressive approach, shows hard contact.
On the mound, repeats delivery. FB up to 87. Blended breaking ball 71–75. Strike thrower with feel.

Cole Carrell | RHP/1B | Rock Hill HS | 2027 | 6’3” 217
Big, physical frame with projection. Arm speed present. FB touched 88, worked 86–87 with down angle. Slider flashes action, still developing consistency. CH shows fade. Developing body and arm with feel for secondary. Strike thrower in-game. High upside.

Luke Broaddus | 3B/OF | Round Rock HS | 2026 | 5’9” 225
Thick, strong frame. Moves well for size. Corner INF with good feet and soft hands. Length to swing with present pull power. Dangerous bat with potential for big impact. Power will continue to grow.

Zeke Bullard | Corner INF | College Station HS | 2026 | 6’0” 230
Physical build. Feet are playable for corner INF; hands can be cleaned up to become average defender. Average HS arm strength. Handles 1B well. LHH with hard contact and pull power. Strong bat showing impact ability.

Kaden Saqr | MIF | Bridgeland HS | 2027
Plays the game hard. Leadership and competitiveness stand out. May not be a high-minute player in every program, but adds clear value with attitude, effort, and baseball IQ. Makes others better. “Glue guy” with intangibles.
