Braeden Parker OF / 1B / Mt. Spokane, WA / 2026Rankings StateRank: 20 / POS: 4
Parker was seen several times this summer, and is the highest rankings debutee in our latest update at the number 20 spot. The righty plays even larger than his listed 6'3, 230 pound frame, and posted some of the best metrics we've seen from any player in Washington this year. First seen at the Spokane Summer ID at Gonzaga University, Parker demolished balls with exit velocities up to 108.3 MPH and a batted ball distance up to 417 feet. Parker showed a similar power stroke in Georgia at the Senior Future Games and in Vancouver at the PNW State Games. The athleticism given the size is a huge separator for Parker, who ran a 6.74 60-time at his best this summer. Though he was mostly seen at first base in-game, a move to the corner outfield may best suit his profile moving forward. Parker's huge summer was capped off by a recent commitment to Loyola Marymount University, where he can be dreamed upon as a difference-making middle of the order presence.

Theo Silas RHP / 3B / Roosevelt, WA / 2026Rankings StateRank: 43 / POS: 17
The righty was one of the biggest winners at PNW State Games this July, showing an electric arsenal and running his FB up to 89 MPH from a loose, whippy arm action and upright finish. The FB sat 84-87 with life, paired with a SPL at 80-82 MPH and a 73-77 MPH SL on occasion. Silas commanded to both sides of the plate and generated positive results, throwing three scoreless frames while striking out 7 batters. The continual advancements in command and velocity were the key factors that shot the Roosevelt product up the latest rankings list. Silas was up to 85 MPH in the winter with plenty of moldable tools on display, and the 6'0 arm may have even more in the tank moving forward as he continues to develop. Silas is one of the top-ranked RHP's still uncommitted at this point. |

Lance Burt LHP / OF / Redmond, WA / 2026Rankings StateRank: 55 / POS: 6
Another standout at a Summer ID event who carried their momentum into PNW State Games, Burt's two-way ability was clear from the jump at Bannerwood this July. A 6'2 L/L player, Burt is a 6.88 runner with present strength who posted exit velocities up to 96.4 MPH at the plate, flashing gap power with a tighter, uphill LH swing. The arm tool is the leading trait to this point, posting throws up to 89 MPH with carry from the outfield and sitting 86-87 MPH with his fastball on the mound. The FB held its velocity through a two-inning stint at PNW State Games, thrown from a high-intent high 3/4 slot release. Burt's SL has shown real depth at times from a similar slot at 73-76 MPH, and he also has shown a CH at 78-79 MPH with some fading action. The Redmond athlete is currently uncommitted and can be a productive two-way player at the collegiate level.

Matthew Carroll 3B / RHP / Lynden High School, WA / 2026Rankings StateRank: 66 / POS: 2
The Lynden product showed well in his first Prep Baseball showcase this summer, holding his own against some of the region's top talent at PNW State Games. Kicked things off with crisp rounds of BP, peaking with a 98.5 MPH exit velocity and a 369 foot batted ball distance. Carroll then went on to have the best INF velocity recorded at the event with 86 MPH throws across the diamond. The arm strength translated on the mound, where he sat 85-87 T 88.3 MPH, showing the ability to spin a slider at a plus rate as well. A medium-framed prospect, Carroll quickly picked up an Everett CC commit following PNW State Games, and solidified himself well up the latest rankings list. |

Cade Lukens SS / 2B / camas high school , WA / 2026Rankings StateRank: 72 / POS: 17
Lukens caught the eye of Prep Baseball Scouts during an in-game look at Camas this spring, showcasing smooth defensive actions and athletic movements at the plate. After participating in his first Prep Baseball showcase in Portland this July, Lukens further built his case as a high-level player in southern Washington. The 6'1 athlete ran a 6.80 60-yard dash time with a great defensive workout as well. Lukens should be able to stick at shortstop in the future with plenty of arm strength and soft, quick hands. The righty then went on to produce loud contact from the right side of the dish, peaking with a 98.4 MPH exit velocity from a balanced, twitchy approach. Lukens rotates quickly through the zone and works from a firm front side at contact, consistently driving balls in the air to the pull side. The Camas player will be an intruiging follow moving forward. |

Oliver Spencer SS / RHP / West Valley, WA / 2026Rankings StateRank: 107 / POS: 22
A lean-framed 6'2 athlete from eastern Washington, Spencer produced well metrically at the Spokane Summer ID and PNW State Games events this summer to earn a spot in the rankings. Spencer has an intriguing blend of projectability to pair with present tools, particularly on the mound. The righty is already up to 86 MPH, sitting 84-85 MPH this June. Working from a simple wind, Spencer has a shorter stride land with a lower 3/4 slot release. The FB spins particularly well given the slot and arm action, averaging nearly 2400 RPM, and a SL at 72-76 MPH also had spin rates up to 2640 RPM. Spencer is a 7.21 runner who also posted mid-90's exit velocities at the plate, finding the barrel consistently with hand speed and rotational quickness from the right side. The West Valley athlete works his way into the upper half of the latests rankings, and has a chance to work his way even further up the list with continued development moving forward. |

Zach Daniel SS / 3B / North Creek , WA / 2026Rankings StateRank: 129 / POS: 27
Daniel had a great spring season, leading his team with a .345 batting average, and looked the part of a top of the order, hit to all fields type of player. Medium framed athlete features some twitch and quickness seen at both the Seattle Summer ID - Session III and PNW State Games event. Daniel posted a 6.86 60-time, paired with natural middle INF actions with soft hands and throws up to 83 MPH. Bat-to-ball skills stood out in BP rounds, particularly when he kept the weight back, with knocks on the barrel up to 361 feet. The righty carries a heavier barrel through the zone with a slight uphill path. Daniel could easily be a contributor to a college program and is an uncommitted player to circle. |

Jake Cuda RHP / OF / Gig Harbor, WA / 2026Rankings StateRank: 158 / POS: 43
A strike thrower who put together a great spring for Gig Harbor, Cuda logged 46 innings with a 1.52 ERA on the mound. The 5'11 arm was on display at his first Prep Baseball event at our recent PNW Summer Review event this August. Cuda's FB sat 80-83 MPH from a compact, 3/4 slot release. The FB carries some ride to the top of the zone, which plays well when paired with an 11/5 CB at 70-71 MPH. The CH also was thrown for strikes at 74-77 MPH, killing spin well on the pitch with an average spin rate of just 1100 RPM. Cuda also had a best exit velocity of 96.7 MPH at the plate, driving balls up to 369 feet. Cuda's success in the spring partnered with a strong showcase look earns him a spot in the latest rankings list. |
