Kyler Kudrna

Dickinson (ND)

RHP

Kyler Kudrna, Dickinson (ND), is a long, projectable 6-foot-3, 180-pound right-hander whose athleticism plays on the mound. At the 2025 Prep Baseball Senior Future Games, he turned in a couple of clean innings, leaning on his sharp 74–77 mph slider to miss bats. The uncommitted righty featured a  fastball that sat 87–88 with spin north of 2200, and he mixed in a fading changeup at 79–80 to round out a three-pitch mix.

Kudrna’s size and athletic profile only adds to the intrigue, giving him a ceiling that should rise as his frame continues to fill out.

2 Wyatt Reeder Home School (SD) SS/2B

Few batting practice sessions leave a lasting imprint, but Wyatt Reeder’s round at the Summer ID in Rapid City did just that. The 2026 slugger launched ball after ball over the right-field wall at Fitzgerald Stadium, peaking with a 101.5 mph exit velocity and leaving little doubt he’d draw the attention of high-level programs. Nebraska wasted no time, securing his commitment.

The bat is the calling card. Reeder generates loud, consistent power with ease, projecting as a middle-of-the-order threat at the next level. While he’ll need to continue building arm strength to cement a defensive home, the offensive profile already screams impact.

3 Hudson Dinger West Fargo Sheyenne (ND) RHP

Hudson Dinger, a 2026 right-hander from West Fargo Sheyenne (ND) committed to North Dakota State, has the frame and arsenal of a future impact arm. At 6-foot-2, 205 pounds, he works exclusively from the stretch with a high leg lift, quick hip rotation, and an over-the-top slot that creates angle and carry on a fastball sitting 84–88 mph (T88, 2380 rpm).

The curveball, spinning up to 2705 rpm at 72–73 mph, already flashes as a swing-and-miss weapon. He adds a short slider at 75 and a developing changeup at 75–77 to round out the four-pitch mix.

Physical, competitive, and already committed in-state, Dinger is one of the arms to watch in North Dakota’s 2026 class.

4 Alex Seaver Red River (ND) RHP/SS

Alex Seaver looks the part of a future workhorse. The 2026 right-hander out of Red River High School (ND) carries a sturdy 6-foot-2, 200-pound frame and works with a delivery built on rhythm and leverage—controlled leg lift, hip coil, and drive through his backside. The arm action is functional, coming from a low three-quarter slot that gives hitters a tough angle.

At the Prep Baseball Dakotas State Games, Seaver sat 86–87 mph with his fastball, flashing carry and spin. He mixed in a 69 mph curveball with depth and a sharper 74–77 mph slider that already profiles as his putaway pitch. The changeup, at 80–81 with lower spin, adds another layer of deception.

Seaver isn’t overpowering yet, but the frame, pitch mix, and ability to manipulate the baseball make him one of the more intriguing arms in North Dakota’s 2026 class.

5 Drake Eastman Dell Rapids (SD) RHP/SS
Drake Eastman is the kind of arm you don’t overlook. The 2026 right-hander and shortstop from Dell Rapids (SD) may stand 5-foot-9, 170 pounds, but he brings athleticism and energy to the mound with a dynamic, stretch-only delivery. The high leg lift, heavy hip coil, and clean finish give him real explosiveness, and the arm works from a high three-quarters slot with plenty of life.

At the Sioux Falls Preseason ID, Eastman sat 87–89 mph and touched 89, pairing that velocity with elite spin (up to 2379 rpm) that gives the fastball ride through the zone. By the Dakotas State Games the velocity dipped slightly, but the carry and feel remained. His best secondary may be a hammer curveball at 70–72 mph that spun as high as 2896 rpm—a legitimate swing-and-miss weapon. He rounds out the mix with a fading changeup at 79–80 that keeps hitters honest.

Eastman isn’t the tallest pitcher in the class, but his athletic delivery, spin-driven arsenal, and mound presence give him the kind of profile that plays well beyond the measurables.
