North Dakota High School Team Preview: Fargo Shanley
April 6, 2025
Prep Baseball Dakotas strives to be the most comprehensive source of player information across North and South Dakota. Prep Baseball is the number one resource for high school baseball in each state that we cover through various events, boots-on-the-ground scouting staff, daily coverage, and multimedia platforms. Our multimedia platforms and events work together, creating each state's most potent high school baseball promotion source. While other organizations take a national approach, our goal is to become the authoritative voice on the ground level of each state.
As we prepare for the upcoming 2025 high school season, we will be taking a preseason glimpse at programs from around the state of North Dakota.

COACHES THOUGHTS
“Building year for our program. We return 5 seniors with only 3 seeing significant playing time a season ago. I feel if those seniors lead us on practice and pitch to their capabilities we will be in every game we play. Defense will be extremely important to support our pitchers. We lost all of our offensive leaders and hitting will be something that will need to improve as the season goes on as most of our younger starters have not seen varsity pitching in their careers. We are going to have to find ways to manufacture runs. Bunting and baserunning will be important for us in order to produce runs.”
- Lucas Rustad, Head Coach
