2025 OSSAA Player of the Week: Week Six

Bret Schwartz
Oklahoma Scouting Director

We will be doing the Player of the Week honors at the beginning of each week with submissions due to [email protected] by 8:00 PM Sunday night.

Each week we go through all the box scores from throughout the week as well as look at submissions turned in by high school coaches to pick our Player of the Week.  There were numerous players that had massive weeks, but Elijah Williams' No Hitter along with his work at the plate put him over the top.

The uncommitted 2026 was outstanding on both sides of the ball for the Community Christian School Royals. On the mound, Williams set the tone for what would be an undefeated week with his start Tuesday night. His No Hitter included 13 punchouts, 0 walks, and the only blemish coming on an error on the infield. At the plate, Williams was arguably just as impressive hitting out of the 3-Hole. In total, he was 9/16 with 6 RBI and a go-ahead 2-Run HR in the Top of the 7th to give CCS a 3-2 win over Purcell on Saturday. That was a big week for CCS as a team and Williams was a major factor in that success.
