Each week throughout the high school season, we will announce the Prep Baseball Washington Pitcher and Hitter of the Week, recognizing standout performances from across the state. With numerous players excelling both at the plate and on the mound, this award will be based on nominations submitted through our POTW Google Form.

Additionally, we will continue our Washington Diamond Notes to highlight other deserving players nominated by coaches who were not selected as the Pitcher or Hitter of the Week.

This week's Hitter of the Week is '26 Braeden Parker (Mt. Spokane).

WA HITTER OF THE WEEK (4/21-4/26)

Braeden Parker 3B / RHP / Mt. Spokane, WA / 2026 The junior earns Hitter of the Week for week 7 of Washington HS action after hitting .600 with 3 home runs last week. The uncommitted athlete also scored 8 runs and had 10 RBI. Parker walked twice and tacked on a triple and a double in a fantastic showing.
