Thomas Piscorik Named Prep Baseball NC Player of the Week

Thomas Piscorik (Wakefield HS, Class of 2028) has been named the Prep Baseball NC Player of the Week after earning MVP honors at the Bobby Murray Tournament and leading Wakefield to a perfect 3-0 record and the tournament title.

Piscorik was outstanding at the plate, hitting .700 over three games while collecting a double, triple, four runs scored, and two RBI. His consistent production and ability to spark the offense were instrumental in Wakefield’s championship run.

The 3-0 week at the Bobby Murray included wins over Middle Creek, Athens Drive, and Broughton.  Piscorik had 2 hits in each game and concluded the tournament with a 3-3 performance that included a double and triple in the championship game.
