+ SS/RHP Ford Traweek (Tuscaloosa County, 2026) is a lean, athletic two-way prospect with advanced instincts and projection on both sides of the ball. Standing 5-foot-11, 159-pounds, Traweek features a balanced, level swing with a contact-first approach and developing gap-to-gap power that should improve with strength gains. In a tightly-contested area contest, the uncommitted junior was consistently on the barrel throughout his at-bats, including a single to RF and a pair of deep flyouts to CF. Has swung it well this spring while showcasing a strong feel for the sweet spot of the right-handed barrel while showing the ability to spray firm contact to all-fields. On the dirt defensively, he shows smooth infield actions, quick feet, and an arm with above-average carry, projecting as a reliable defender at shortstop with the versatility to move around the infield. While the positional tools were on display last night, Traweek also holds sizable upside as a right-handed pitcher with a fastball that has worked into the upper-80s on the mound. High-level uncommitted two-way propsect to see this spring/summer.
