Tuesday, April 1st

+ RHP/SS Joshua Henson (Buckhorn, 2025) made just his second appearance of the season on Tuesday as he continues to work his way back into form after missing time early in the year. In a pitch-count start, the Southeastern Louisiana recruit was dominant over 2.2 innings, mixing in two quality offerings. His operation and delivery are simple and repeatable, working from a 3/4 slot with a clean, efficient move down the mound. With present strength throughout his frame and a strong lower half, Henson maintained 90-91 mph on his fastball throughout his short outing, showing improved command to both sides of the plate with occasional arm-side action. His 80-81 mph slider featured tight spin and late, side-to-side movement, consistently fooling hitters. As the Bucks push toward the state playoffs, Henson will be a key piece of their success.
