Matthew Belger RHP / Stone bridge, VA / 2026Lanky frame with projection left. Drop and drive delivery, explodes downhill towards the target. Low three-quarters arm slot, shorter arm action with some quickness, throws with late intent. Fastball was predominantly 85-88, topping at 89, with a bit of late run to it. He gives up a couple of ticks in the stretch, working more 85-86. Slider is his primary secondary pitch with sharp late 10/4 sweep and good arm action. Got some swing and miss with it and showed feel in the zone and out of the zone with it, range was 74-78. Also flashed a change-up at 75 with some heavy late sink. Was still holding 83-86 on his fastball at the 90+ pitch range. -John Nolan
