The Prep Baseball Idaho High School Player of the Week highlights the best performance for an Idaho High School player from the previous week.  Each week, High School coaches across the State are asked to fill out our questionnaire for Pitcher and Player of the Week, along with our scouting staff attending games and scouring box scores throughout the week.  Every Saturday a link will be pushed out on social accounts to the Player/Pitcher of the Week questionnaire with a deadline of Saturday night at 11:59PM, followed by the announcement on Sunday.

This weeks 'Player of the Week' honor goes to '26 Cannon Eddie Highland (Uncommited). The uncommited junior is having a strong campaign this spring, adding 2 home runs, 2 triples, and a double last week for Highland.

'26 C Cannon Eddie Highland (Uncommitted) added to his strong junior campaign last week. He showed his present power at the plate blasting 5 extra base hits; 2 home runs, 2 triples, and a double for the Rams. Eddie has had a strong junior season hitting for a .483 average with 28 hits, 4 of which have left the yard, 7 doubles, 4 triples, he has only struck out 6 times this season while compiling 21 walks. He is also a strong backstop for Highland with only 2 errors on the year and allowing 0 stolen bases. Highland is currently in 1st in the High Country Conference as they finish up their week of conference play.
