Stanley picked up a win and a save by throwing 9 2/3 innings over 2 games, allowing 8 hits, no earned runs, with 13 strikeouts.  

Dane McElroy RHP / SS / VANCLEAVE HIGH SCHOOL, MS / 2026

McElroy threw 6 2/3 innings, allowing 2 hits, 1 earned run, with 10 strikeouts in a win over Florence.

Drew Davis RHP / SS / Sumrall, MS / 2027

Davis, our # 2 ranked 2027, threw 6 2/3 innings, allowing 2 hits, 1 earned run, with 10 strikeouts in a win over Florence.

Leo Odom RHP / 1B / Sumrall, MS / 2025

Odom, an Ole Miss signee, threw 4 2/3 innings, allowing 4 hits, 0 earned runs, with 12 strikeouts in a win over Pass Christian.

Austin Minichino RHP / New Hope, MS / 2025

Minichino, a Southeastern Louisiana recruit, threw 7 innings, allowing 3 hits, 0 earned runs, with 18 strikeouts in a win over Clarksdale.

Jarrett Thomas LHP / OF / Alcorn Central, MS / 2026

Thomas threw 7 innings, allowing 3 hits, 0 earned runs, with 9 strikeouts in a win over Kossuth. 

Kyron Murphy 2B / RHP / Sacred Heat, MS / 2025

Murphy threw 7 innings, allowing 3 hits, 1 run, with 5 strikeouts in a win over Resurrection Catholic. 

Mark Eaton LHP / 1B / St. Andrews Episcopal, MS / 2025

Eaton has thrown 11 2/3 innings, allowing only 3 hits, 1 walk, with 22 strikeouts since returning from Tommy John last season. 

Cooper Waddle LHP / OF / Itawamba , MS / 2025

Waddle, a Southern Miss signee, earned our Pitcher of the Week honor by throwing 7 innings, allowing 1 hit, 0 runs, with 17 strikeouts in win over Amory. 

Stephen Eakes / Southeast Lauderdale, MS / 2025

Eakes, an East MS CC recruit, threw 7 innings, allowing 0 hits, with 8 strikeouts in a win over Enterprise. 

Sullivan Reed 3B / 1B / Lamar, MS / 2027

Reed threw 7 innings, allowing 4 hits, 0 runs, with 3 strikeouts in a win over Simpson Academy. He also went 5 for 9 with a triple and 3 runs batted in.

Treydric Barnes OF / 1B / Taylorsville, MS / 2026

Barnes, a Southern Miss commit, went 6 for 7 on the week with 5 runs batted in.

Ford Matthews RHP / Taylorsville, MS / 2025

Matthews, a Hinds CC recruit, threw 7 innings, allowing 3 hits, 2 earned runs, with 8 strikeouts in a win over Stringer. He also hit .500 on the week with 2 home runs, a double, and 5 runs batted in.

Blakeney went 4 for 5 on the week for the Tartars with a triple and 4 runs batted in.

Trent Buckley RHP / 1B / Columbia Academy, MS / 2027

Buckley, our #1 ranked 2027, went 4 for 6 with 3 home runs, a double, 6 runs scored, 5 walks, and 3 runs batted in.  

Brad Marrero Jr OF / RHP / Sacred Heart Catholic, MS / 2025

Marrero went 5 for 8 with a grand slam, a double, and 8 runs batted on the week for the Crusaders.

Wood, a North Alabama signee, earned our Player of the Week honor after he went 9 for 12 on the week with 3 home runs and 11 runs batted in.  

Gabe Hodges RHP / Northwest Rankin, MS / 2025

Hodges, a Pearl River CC, went 5 for 9 on the week with a home run, double, 4 runs scored, and 7 runs batted in.

John Merrell Moore SS / RHP / Northwest Rankin, MS / 2027

Moore hit .600 for the week for the Cougars with 6 runs batted in. 

Nathan Wilson LHP / OF / SOUTHEAST LAUDERDALE HIGH SCHOOL, MS / 2025

Wilson, a Meridian CC recruit, threw 6 inning, allowing 3 hits, 0 earned runs, with 11 strikeouts in a win over Enterprise.  

Tylan Keys OF / Poplarville, MS / 2027

Keys went 5 for 12 with a home run, 2 triples, 5 stolen bases, and 4 runs batted in.
